Description & brief operation This machine is mechanically operated and works on the UP/DOWN principle of stamping. The operator has to place the object in position on jig fixture mounted on indexing table and start the cycle. After stamping plate moves up and the foil advances forward.

The feeding and removal of the object is done manually. The machine has variable drive to achieve finest printing quality with synchronization of temperature controlled by pid controller. Also having a built-in counter to count number of strokes and the count can be seen on the display panel.
